Experienced in all aspects of Finance and Operations, both within large corporate structures as well as start-up environments.
For the past decade I have worked with companies operating in the digital, media and technology space.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging business and financial objectives. Throughout my career I have managed and grown finance operations to support annual revenues of over $100m and/or to handle significant growth (revenue from $10m to $100m and headcount from 50 to 200 employees).
Started my career in the business consulting industry and evolved into Finance/Operations for media and technology. I have worked for the bigger networks as well as independent firms, publishers and start-ups to help them with Finance/Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, client and business strategies, pricing and client procurement, in addition to their day-to-day overall finance and operations needs, including revenue and business development growth; expense, cost and margin control; monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management, sales/business strategy and compensation.
I create and execute reporting packages to holding companies, Board of Directors and/or investors.
M&A, Commercial and Investment Banking: managed exit for $350m, M&A activities and post-merger integration as acquirer and acquired; negotiated secured and unsecured debt financing totaling $25m.
